God is amazing! He is giving me resources for a possible ministry
overseas (Bolivia). I found your website while discussing with my 3 1/2
yr. old son about a name for a baby brother (someday) and he liked the
name Gethsame (Gethsameani) and I found your website while looking
online. These children that are in Bolivia live in jails along with his
parents, because they have nowhere to go, no money, or family to stay
with. The Lord has been preparing me slowly but surely for this task and
it's in my heart to do something for these children. Of course bringing
them the Good News from our Lord and Savior is the main purpose and your
website is just so suitable for the plans that God has for me. Thank you
very much and God bless you for your service.

My dog and I are registered Delta Society Pet Partners. In addition to
the usual hospital and nursing home visits, we have a ministry with
children in our church, Greenfield Christian Church (Disciples of
Christ.) I use "Reggie" to illustrate Bible truths or object lessons in
interactive programs with children. The dog also captures the attention
and provides a memory "peg" for recall of key points. I have written all
of our material and recently launched www.therapydogministry.org to
share this material with others. I believe there are many therapy dog
owners who would be interested in such a ministry if there were material
easily available.
My question: Could your website provide a link to
www.therapydogministry.org? Of course you would want to review the site.
I hope you will consider this. We would be happy to also link to you.
Thank you,
Judy Brown

Matt,
I just wanted to bring to your attention that Romans 3:20a is not a
salvation passage. It is written to lukewarm believers who God desires
pursue Him passionately. Thus, He knocks and desires to be integrally
involved in the moment by moment lives of his children. Many use this as
a salvation passage but I'm afraid that is taking the verse out of
context.
In Him,
Gerald

Thank you for providing these excellent lessons free-of-charge. I am
teaching the pre-school SS class for the month of February, and last
week we did the lesson for the "Super Bowl." I have all boys so they
really liked that! Thank you for investing in these little ones'
spiritual well-being. May we reach all of the children in our lives for

Re: Daniel in the Lions Den
Like David, I also stand up for what I believe in.
I believe in God, he granted me my keen reasoning powers and awaked me
from a coma,
and like his son Jesus, I believe in telling the truth to children.
You are lying when you say :
"We can thank Jesus that we have this privilege." in this country for
our religious freedom.
Lying , even a "good" lie, is the first step into the darkness of the
devil.
What say you?
Fiat Lux,
Greg Robb of California
Reference from your ChildrenSermons.com www site:
"Do you ever have moments when you must stand up for what you believe
in?
Here in America, we are blessed to have great religious freedom.
We are free to pray privately to God at any time and any place without
breaking a law. Many people in the world still don’t have this basic
freedom.
We can thank Jesus that we have this privilege.
We can look to Daniel as an example to stand up for our religious
freedom, and to be faithful to Jesus at all costs."
[Editor reply: I thank God for my blessings, of which freedom of speech,
especially religious speech, is one. To me the Lord Jesus IS God. So
when I thank Jesus I am thanking God. I'm not sure where we disagree on
this.]
