Hi, I'm an assistant pastor in a Korean church.
We have English worship service for foreigners and Korean people.
That is Global Worship in English (GWE). I'm very glad that I found your site for GWE.
It's very good to my English ministry for kids. I preach for GWE service.
I had hard time to write English sermon because my English is not good enough to composite correct English. I want to preach pure Gospel using Standard English.
If you allow us to use your English sermon as it is it will be our great joy and appreciation. Please send your permission and opinion for our inquiring about using your sermon and all the material in your web site.
Thank you very much.
God bless you and your mission in Jesus Christ of our Lord and eternal king.
[Author reply: Yes, you have my permission to use them for any church event. That permission is stated on the Frequently Asked Questions page.]

[Reply: Yes, it is necessary to accept Jesus as Lord and Savior to become a Christian. The change from within happens because God comes to live within you with the Holy Spirit. So it is not a matter of a religion, but a relationship with God.

Thank you for your willingness to share your children's stories with us. Thank you that they are short. Children do have a short attention span and are hard to keep interested in what you are saying. It is very satisfying to have a valid response to Jesus from one of the children though. God Bless you.

thank you so much for this web site. I really appreciated being able to
access a sermon for the children of our church. Sometimes I find it difficult
to come up with lessons or sermons for the kids. We are a very small
church with no budget for children's church. As we grow, so will our budget in the
meantime, I most certainly appreciate the information and sermons here.
May the Lord continue to bless all you do here. Thank you.

I have enjoyed your site tremendously. You are so
anointed to minister to children. I Pastor a new church
and am often looking for ideas for the children that I
believe are inspired by Father. The youth are under such
great attack and we want to equip them with all spiritual
power available to them so they can stand up against
the wiles of the devil. It is imperative that an anointed
person of God in youth ministry, devise the lessons that
will capture and minister to their hearts and minds.
I don't have that gift but you clearly do. I pray God's
continued grace upon your life in all areas and a daily
renewing and increase of His anointing.
His Grace be with you always

Thank you for you work with children.
And for your love of God.
It is because I am also involved with both of these endeavors
that I feel the need to question what I just read on your site.
"Scapegoat" is very troublesome.
If making Jesus the scapegoat is good enough for God,
then it must be okay for me to make other people a scapegoat also.
This is quite a dangerous thought!
Scapegoats are banished, and/or killed.
This kind of logic leads to the Holocaust, Rwandan genocide, gay bashings,
racially based lynchings, etc.
Ideas lead to beliefs, which lead to action.
Bad theology leads to bad praxis.
Though this is Old Testament imagery, it was symbolic.
It was one way of explaining/visualizing repentance and forgiveness.
But it must not be taken literally, and perhaps should be avoided completely.
It certainly is not an appropriate way of describing Jesus, the nature of God, or
our relationship to God to children.
I write in sincere concern for the faith we are forming in children.
[Editor Reply: I do not expect everyone to agree with everything I write. I hope you find other material useful. Blessings, Jim Kerlin]

We have about 20 kids every Sunday - They "trickle" in

hearts and minds.
Thank you SOOO much for your sweet, efficient website
