I am Chang-Il's dad. I am very grateful for the prayers and thoughts for Chang-Il and my family. Chang-Il has gone to heaven in August. He was a wonderful son and friend in his ten years on earth. Even in his tough period of fighting against brain tumor for 18 months, he never complained. When the time came that he could not speak, he still smiled to us. Chang-Il was a faithful, brave, and happy child. My wife, Young-Sook, and I are honored to be the parents of such a wonderful child. It's Thanksgiving Day. This year, we do not have Chang-Il at our dinner table, but we have so many things to thank. I wanted to say thanks to you who I met through Children Sermons. I'm a tentmaking missionary in South Korea. I teach English. I teach the English Bible to Koreans and I need simple teaching so I think that children sermons are good for them because their English is not so good. I printed out the message of "Road to Emmaus" and since you had the picture of "Christ on the Road to Emmaus," I thought I would print it out, if that is possible, as I would like the children to be able to see the picture. I just wanted to let you know this type of thing is exactly what I have been looking for. just simple object lessons to teach the kids. i am a new kids pastor who runs a kids church in the 'inner-city' from where I am from...and with the kids I work with, their attention span is very little...as most of them are drug babies...SO thank you for giving me the opportunity to be able grab a hold of these...especially them being free. (Curriculum is so expensive...and our church doesn't have a lot of money!) anyway thank you and keep up what you are doing. I think it's great!! sincerely nicole orsillo
