THE SERMONS FOR CHILDREN ARE WONDERFUL. I AM ASKED TO GIVE THE SERMON FOR THE CHILDREN OF MY CHURCH ON CERTAIN SUNDAYS, THIS SITE HAS HELPED ME SO MUCH BECAUSE CHILDREN OF ALL AGES CAN LEARN AND UNDERSTAND. BUT, YOU SHOULD SEE THE FACES OF MANY OF THE ADULTS! I THINK THAT THEY ENJOY THE MESSAGES AS MUCH OR MORE SO THAN THE YOUNGSTERS.

I've been teaching children church for many years, in a small church. We have 30 or less people that attend. We have so many churches in our Tri-County area, which might be why we are so small in numbers. We (the church) don't mind being small as long as God is in charge of the numbers. I believe that we are a church that lives by faith, we don't get off on 'hype' or 'religious ways'and we try not to be that way too. Though, it's amazing how we support the church with having so little members. Some how we do, and it is so nice to come to a program to help me service our Lord together as the whole Body of Christ. I thank you very much, May God continue to bless you. Beverly

I stumbled upon these sermons while I was looking for something to give our children for Sunday School. I have been using them ever since. Currently, I am using them for our Children's Church, which follows Sunday School and Lunch at our Church. We devote the entire morning services mainly to the children and young people. We have seen tremendous results from this. We changed our format, after observing a fellow minister doing it in another Church. We prayed about it for about a year, and the Lord said that we were going about it all wrong. The correct way is to seek the children and have everything geared to them first, then the parents will follow. After we started this format, we had five new families added to our membership within a couple of months. "A little child (surely will) lead them". I guess the Willie George Ministries also found this to be true. Thanks for thinking of the children. This is truly pleasing in the sight of the Lord. Keep up the goodwork. Pastor Billie

Our pastor of 30 years just left the congregation, so the members of the worship committee are responsible for doing the services until an interim pastor is in place. We have offered the position to someone, but even then it will only be a part-time pastorship. We need all the help we can get and appreciate all we've found on the internet so far.

One of the toughest jobs for a preacher (or lay preacher) is the famous "childrens talk". Here in Newcastle, near Sydney, where I come from many of the churches I go to as a lay preacher want to have a childrens talk. Not as esay as it sounds. In fact it's very tough so any help is greatly appreciated. Found your page while doing a search and was blown away. Sometimes a five minute talk just simply doesn't come. So thanks heaps. Keep it up and God bless. Lothar.

I tell a children's story every week in my church, but I find that I have to scratch for new ideas and illustrations which is not always easy. This sight is marvelous. May God bless your ministry as you bring his love through his Word in simple stories. Love and God bless you all.

I am director of our children's program, Jr. Worship Club. This program started on March 7, 1999, with 8 kids. We have now grown to 25-27 kids in just a 1 1/2 years. There have 13+ kids saved and baptized since we started this. God has also brought alot of their moms and dads to church as well.I have been using your site for sermon ideas all along. It is awesome. Thank you and Praise God for his wonderful ideas! On a personal note, these sermons have also touched my leaders and teen workers. I have grown so much by working with these kids. I cannot thank you enough for this site! I am a first-time Sunday School teacher, and I am only 18, which leaves very little room for experience. Fortunately for me, God blessed my parents with 7 children after me, so I am only lacking professional experience. I was given a book full of very shortlessons, some of them not very good, and a lot of worksheets. Thanks to you I have everything I need for just about any topic. We also use these to homeschool my sisters. Thank you so much! God bless! Jill
