What a great idea to have a web page for children's sermons. I was just "surfing" to see what I could find for our children's sermon and accidentally came upon your website! Thanks so much for doing this for all of us who seem to be a little brain fried when it comes time for our part of worship. I try to keep my sermons shorter because of the age of the children that attend...I would be run out of the sanctuary by my precious children if we lasted any longer than 3 minutes. Comments: I have been looking on the internet for just this type of spot! I conduct
the Children's Sermons at our church (Oakview UM Church), and it is nice to get some ideas
on how to keep the sermons interesting by using props. I find it difficult to find
resource books for lay people like myself. I like to go by the lectionary readings we use
week to week because they reiterate what our minister is preaching on. Many times I find
the older members enjoy the "Children's sermons" as much as the kids do! Thanks

I will answer your e-mails soon, but wanted to let you know it is ok to use the images as you intended. Also, you can download the image found in the upper left corner of my main pages (called tinyface.gif) and use it for a link if you wish. You also have a nicely enhanced image that would work fine too. I enjoyed your website, particularly the family part of it. I can't do that on my site now, since it sort of got a life of its own and I feel obligated to minimize showing anything not directly related to the Shroud or its research.
